About ADAL Studio

ADAL ||| Studio for Architecture and Design is a 100% virtual architecture and design studio based in Madrid, Spain, founded and operated by Adalberto JosГ© GonzГЎlez RodrГ­guez. The studio creates and sells digital construction manuals for homes and furniture.

Products and purchases

Our products are digital construction manuals — detailed documentation for building homes and furniture. These manuals are sold exclusively through the Etsy platform.

This Website does not process payments. All purchases are made directly on Etsy, and Etsy's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and buyer protection policies apply to every transaction. ADAL Studio is not responsible for Etsy's platform operations, payment processing, or delivery of digital files through Etsy's systems.

License grant

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital construction manuals for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, reproduce for resale, or use the documents to manufacture products for commercial gain without prior written authorization from ADAL Studio.

Commercial licensing

Commercial use, including fabrication, development, franchising, or royalty arrangements, requires a separate written agreement. Contact directly at [email protected] to discuss commercial licensing options.

No legal stamp

The digital construction manuals provided by ADAL Studio are conceptual design proposals and informational templates. They are not legally stamped, signed, or certified architectural drawings. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to hire a qualified local professional (architect, engineer, or designer) to review, adapt, and certify that any design complies with all applicable local building codes, structural requirements, MEP systems, safety regulations, and zoning laws.

Limitation of liability

All documents and information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ADAL Studio expressly disclaims all liability for construction outcomes, personal injury, property damage, construction defects, or any other losses or damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — that may arise from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

The builder, contractor, and end-user assume all risk associated with the construction, use, and occupancy of any structure or furniture built from our documents.

Intellectual property

All designs, construction manuals, blueprints, and digital files are the intellectual property of Adalberto JosГ© GonzГЎlez RodrГ­guez. ADAL ||| Studio for Architecture and Design and the Adalbert Joseph brand are registered trademarks. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Website use

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or illegal content.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
